Introduction
This policy applies to all massage therapy appointments booked at Aliyah Massage Therapy Centre in Montréal.
When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you and your therapist. This policy helps ensure fair access to care while supporting our clinical team.
Cancellation Window
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without charge.
Outside the 24-hour window, cancellations can be made through the secure client portal or by contacting the clinic directly.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may result in the clinic retaining some or all of the prepaid amount as reasonable compensation for the time reserved, when the appointment cannot be reassigned.
Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
Appointments missed without notice may result in the clinic retaining some or all of the prepaid amount as reasonable compensation for the time reserved.
Payments & Booking Security

Illness & Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that illness and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact the clinic as soon as possible. Each situation is reviewed with care and discretion.
Insurance Receipts
Insurance receipts are issued only for treatments that are delivered. Late cancellation or missed appointment fees are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
